Our Leadership
Muhammad Mahmood Hussain, CEO
Mahmood is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP)
with about 30 years of post‐qualification professional experience primarily in internal
audit and external audit. In addition, has experience of financial advisory, corporate
advisor, risk advisory and accounting advisory. Also served as member of Accounting
Standards Committee of ICAP from 2012 to 2016.
Previously worked as Partner in KPMG Pakistan Practice (since January 2003 to October
2021) and has held the following positions:
- National Head of Audit
- Head of Audit Karachi
- National Head of Internal Audit
Earlier worked as Partner in Deloitte Pakistan Practice (December 1994 to August 2000) and conducted both audit and advisory related engagements. Worked in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in Pakistan in different industries holding the position of internal auditor and Head of Finance for seven years.
